There are one or two exceptions; I have obliged real-life friends regarding some serious issues.
However some people are just out of control, and the chain status update is all they ever do. It’s not an infraction that merits de-friending (a Draconian move, if you ask me), so if you are a friend who occasionally posts a chain I’m sure you’ll understand.
Have a great weekend. The season’s first snow is forecast in New York (it’s Halloween!!) and I’ve got my thermal underwear on already. Hibernation, here I come!

A real home run here Tim–posting to my facebook as well. There’s only one thing more annoying then status chains and thats the hoax chains…I’m amazed at how some really smart people can be so stupid some times. These posts about supposed kidnapped or sick kids or how Facebook will be charging starting tomorrow and your status will change color…c’mon people, do a little friggen research before you repost something. My philosphy is, what you read in email, FB, etc should be considered to be false until proven to be true…(sorry, did I get carried away??)
You did not get carried away, but even if you did I’m grinning from ear to ear. It’s one thing for the kids not to know this yet – but adults?
