Common ground can often be found in great music. And I may lose some street cred here extolling the gift of Sinatra’s voice, but since I don’t have street cred I’ve got nothing to lose!
I was listening to “Old Blue Eyes” in the womb for crying out loud! How am I not supposed to feel comforted when I hear one of his great songs? The song quoted above is by Stephen Sondheim Ervin Drake and is arguably the saddest song ever written and recorded.
