Today is the third anniversary of this little webcomic. Since I usually analyze my projects (or relationships) in terms of one-year intervals I’ll admit I always thought I would give it three years when I started in 2009, and if it doesn’t “catch fire” then I’ll end it.
Well, it isn’t really growing at a rate I would like but not only am I going to keep at it , but I am going to return to publishing three times a week with a new Wednesday strip starting this week. I think our “relationship” is worth staying the course, and moving to the next level.
I may try to brand Wednesday as something like “QuickDraw Wednesday” and do a one panel gag, or a hand-drawn on paper edition, or I may get back to the usual format. Who knows? I certainly don’t. I have removed myself from an extra-curricular activity that frees up the time and I always thought “if I am no longer doing [x], I’ll return to three times a week for the webcomic”.
Sorry for being vague – I’ll blog about [x] when I feel better about doing so. Until then, like Keith Richards and cockroaches – I intend to keep on keeping on as long as it remains fun for me and readers like you keep checking in.
Regards,
-Tim
P.S. On the subject of today’s comic, am I so alone obsessing about my weight? Do you trust your bathroom scale?

Sounds good and congratulations on the 3 years and keep up the good work.
