I took a stab at coloring this one on iPad after finishing the line art on Photoshop on the PC. Not really crazy about the result, but that’s probably because I’m not too fast with the Autodesk Sketchbook Pro app yet. The interface is really unlike anything else.
I kind of liked the rubber tip feel from the cheap-o stylus I got at a kiosk outside my local Apple Store but this is only the first outing into the tablet workflow experiments. I colored this in while the girls watched (or didn’t watch) a gorey vampire movie – so the part about hanging out with the family while coloring this comic at least passed.
I’ll probably look into the Photoshop Touch that came out recently. On a related note, this brush/stylus looks like more fun than video games.
